Dear students, I am very excited that at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy, we are looking very soon for one PhD candidate with a focus on Human Computer Interaction and the Design and Development of Next Generation interfaces. This PhD will be co-financed by BMW Group which also means that you can stay at the company for at least 6 months. The topic will be about the "Entertainment in the car by using a cognitive seat with tactile feedback”. Our university has a strong international outlook, as testified by its multilingual courses (English, Italian, German) and a high number of students and teaching staff from abroad. The candidate must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for employment: - a Master's (MSc) degree in Computer Science or a closely related area, - Human-computer interaction background, - fluency in written/spoken English.
