[Sc_coordination] Re: future PC Chairs outcome and plan [updated spreadsheet]

Well, to clarify, I certainly misunderstood the instructions. Although learning that I was not the only one who misunderstood the instructions makes me feel less bad, I think the responsibility for my misunderstanding is mostly, if not entirely, mine!
