Many thanks to all involved!
I have read the document and it looks very nice to me. In addition
to Maurice's comment about the special issue, I would like to
mention two other points:
- The document suggests that PC chairs are responsible for
solliciting, e.g., IFIP sponsorship. However, in practice, I believe
this is done on the DisCoTec SC level or by the General Chair.
- Unless I missed this mentioned in the document, I would suggest to
state explicitly that PC chairs shall bring to the attention of all
authors that, in case of acceptance, they would have an opportunity
to submit an artefact. I do believe that, in the past, some authors
did not realise that on their own and had to rush — or maybe even
failed to submit — their artefacts, which they could have done
otherwise.
All the best,
Simon

@Maurice: Thanks for taking a look. Good point, I'll add this too
as a suggestion to the PC Chairs.
