IPIN 2023: SPECIAL SESSIONS & TUTORIALS AVAILABLE!
IPIN2023 is getting closer and closer and we are pleased to announce two tutorials:
- Indoor Localization using Magnetic Fields (Gustaf Hendeby, Manon Kok, Isaac Skog)
- Pedestrian Inertial Navigation with ZUPTs: From History to Algorithmic Enhancements (Jörg F. Wagner)
The submission
deadline for research and work-in-progress papers is set to 15th
May, 2023.
Authors can send their paper to the regular event, or to one of the eight special sessions that have been proposed:
- Open Research Data and Reproducibility in Indoor Positioning Research
- Brain-inspired Positioning and Navigation
- Machine Learning for Localization and Navigation
- Experimental Evaluation of Photodiode-based Visible Light Positioning
- Localization and tracking for high-performance sport analysis
- Seamless Transition between localization systems
- Future 5G/GNSS High-precision Positioning for Mobile Terminals in Challenging Environments
- Wi-Fi CSI-Based Indoor Positioning

The submission process for the special sessions is the same than for regular conference. The special session will be made available for selection during the submission process. The authors of the best papers will be invited to submit an extended version of
their work to be published on J-ISPIN.
The extended versions will follow the regular review process and, if accepted, application processing charges will be entirely waived.
We are waiting for your papers and hope to see you in Nuremberg in September!
