Mission and Field of Activity:
- Contribute to advancing knowledge on the silver economy and its impact on people over 65.
- Study the desirability, use, and acceptance of new technologies by older adults.
- Conduct in-depth literature reviews and engage in field research to gather valuable insights and data related to the silver economy and technology acceptance among older adults.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze and interpret data, providing valuable conclusions and recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality scientific papers to disseminate research findings, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
- Support the development of project proposals focused on the silver economy and technology acceptance, ensuring alignment with research goals and societal needs.
- Write a doctoral thesis in the areas described above.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in management, design, computer science, or a related field considered equivalent in relevance and expertise.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, enabling you to apply appropriate, rigorous data collection and analysis methods.
- Familiarity with new digital technologies and a genuine interest in them, particularly for creating prototypes and mock-ups.
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team, particularly in health or social work fields.
- Previous experience in research projects is an asset, demonstrating your ability to conduct independent research tasks, collaborate within a team, and achieve quality results.
- A record of publications in prestigious academic journals or conferences will be considered a major asset.
- Proficiency in French or English, with a good knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of other official Swiss languages (German and Italian) is a plus.

- Fixed-term contract for 3 years, renewable
- Activity rate: 90% to 100%
