Registration Policy Summary:

Paper Presentation: All accepted papers must be presented, ideally in person.

Author Registration: At least one author per paper must register at the in-person rate by the specified deadline to ensure inclusion in the proceedings.
Fees: Early registration offers reduced fees, and special rates are available for students to encourage young researchers' participation.
